| Most browsers enable caching so that pages load faster. However caching can occasionally cause problems. If your browser is displaying or dowloading older content than what is purported to be online, it is possible the cache is causing a problem. Below are instructions on how to empty your cache: |

- Choose the option for TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES.
- Click OK to remove the cache.
